2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with 2 singles, each bedroom has its own bathroom and a common kitchenette (small fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle), dining and lounge room. 4 Adults, sofa beds children only. THERE IS A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM BOOKING FOR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND CHRISTMAS SCHOOL HOLIDAYS.

Other Charges and Fees (Payable locally):

Should there be any heavy soil (ie vomit or other carpet stain) there will be an additional charge for carpet cleaning. This applies for all accommodation.

Other Information:

Included in the published rate is 2 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 5 guests). Of the extra guests 3 may be an adult.

Cancellations:

The cancellation policy varies according to the usage. Weddings booked can be cancelled 6 months in advance with a fee of $150, anytime less than 6 months the deposit becomes non refundable. Conferences are negotiated with the manager. Accommodation bookings require $100 deposit, if cancelled less than 1 month prior the deposit is non refundable.

Administration policy on refunds: OnlineAccommodation.com.au charges a cancellation fee 10% of the booking + the $3.85 booking fee, for all cancellations in addition to any cancellations fees by the Property concerned. All cancellations fees/refunds charged by the Property must be negotiated direct with the Property Owner/Manager.

Children & Extra Guest Policy:

Children and Seniors are most welcome. Parents are expected to supervise children while swimming in the pool, in the games room and on the walking track as this is next to the Bellarine Peninsula Railway. An additional charge of $15 per cottage is applicable if separate bedrooms are required for 2 guests.

Reception Information:

The property is manned 24 hours per day.

Getting There:

The property is located on the Bellarine Highway. Travelling from Geelong, get onto the Bellarine Highway, towards Queenscliff/ Point Lonsdale continue until Banks Road from there look out for our large brown sign on the lefthand side of the road, this gives you warning of the driveway 300mts in advance. McHarry's run a bus service from the Geelong Station to Queenscliff/Point Lonsdale, they can stop outside the property on request.

Cleanliness		Loved our stay the cabin was huge loads of space as there was only two of us. I was glad i had read about the Blues train going past late on Saturday night as it was load, even knowing what it was my first thought was wow nextdoor has their music up really load but when i stuck my head out the front door it was not load at all then the steam train rolled past and tuted it whistle i remembered reading it on the website then lol. Cleanliness		These basic cabins are in a wonderful location with glorious views. They were spotlessly clean. Beds are two singles put together to make a king size, not cuddle friendly. Just one thing - due to out of town location, some single-serve spreads (butter, jam, honey, vegemite, etc.), juice, and maybe cereals would be handy for breakfast. An amusing anecdote.... after heading to bed Fri night, I heard a party (including car horns) going on outside but awoke next morning to find no evidence of - dreaming, ghosts?
